They need the right person.
The right introduction.
The right resource.
The right conversation.
The right opportunity.
That's where I come in.
Recovery is about resources, relationships, stability, purpose, community, opportunity, and a path forward. Being clean is one victory - but building a life from scratch worth staying clean for is a different level playing field. And I have the gear for it.
Whether you're exploring residential opportunities, surplus-fund matters, commercial real estate, development projects, hotels, or small-business growth, the right connection can completely change the conversation.
Re-entry is very personal to me.
I understand what it means to rebuild after incarceration and to navigate the world when society has already decided what your story is supposed to be. I disagree, people can change & rehabilitation does work.
Three completely different worlds.
But underneath them?
They're all about the same thing:
Rebuilding a life.
Rebuilding financial independence.
Rebuilding a business.
Rebuilding a career.
Rebuilding after incarceration.
Rebuilding after addiction.
Rebuilding communities.
Those are my R's.
You bring me the goal.
I'll help you identify the resources.
I'll help you find the people.
I'll help you find the access points.
I'll help you identify the next conversation.
And then?
WE MAKE THE MOVE.
Because I don't believe in collecting contacts.
I believe in creating connections.
I don't believe in hoarding information.
I believe in putting the right information in the right hands.
And I don't believe your past should determine the value of your future.
I BELIEVE IN WHAT'S NEXT.
So whether you're rebuilding a life, building a business, building a portfolio, building a project, or simply trying to figure out where the hell to start—
START WITH YOUR BROKER, JANA.

I Don’t Just Know the System. I’ve Had to Navigate It.
There’s a difference between knowing resources exist and knowing how to actually access them.
I know that difference firsthand.
I’ve experienced recovery from multiple sides—as a former Al-Anon wife, through my own short chapter with substance abuse, and most significantly, as someone who served time in federal prison and had to rebuild her life afterward.
What I discovered was surprising:
Coming home means figuring out housing, employment, education, treatment, healthcare, government programs, family, finances, and a hundred other things—often while you're still trying to figure out what comes next.
That's where I come in.
I became the resource broker I wish I had.
Through my own experience and professional relationships, I’ve built access points to an incredible network of
I’ve partnered in and now fully operating sober living homes in New Jersey, giving me firsthand experience at the intersection of recovery, housing, and real estate.
Because recovery doesn't happen in a vacuum.
It’s rebuilding a life.
It’s finding housing.
Finding work.
Reconnecting with family.
Navigating government systems.
Maintaining recovery.
Finding purpose.
And figuring out how to become the person you know you can be.
I believe successful re-entry requires more than telling someone to “do better.”
Because if we expect people to successfully return to society, we have to give them something meaningful to return to.
A home.
A job.
An education.
A community.
A purpose.
A chance.
I'm not here to tell you to “Google it.”
I'm here to help you figure out who to call, where to go, and what conversation needs to happen next.
Need recovery support? Let's identify the right resources.
Need housing? Let's find the appropriate programs and providers.
Need food, education, employment, or community support? Let's find the people who can help.
Need re-entry resources?
I don't pretend to have every answer.

Support in housing, food, job readiness, transportation and navigation through the federal justice impacted system.

Because property is only the asset. The opportunity is what you do with it.
Real estate gets marketed as square footage, cap rates, listings, contracts, and closing tables.
I see something bigger.
Access to opportunities that aren't always sitting on the front page of the internet waiting for someone to click “Buy.” Because real estate isn't just about what's for sale. It's about understanding:
And perhaps most importantly—who needs to meet whom?
My focus extends beyond traditional residential real estate into opportunities involving commercial real estate, development projects, hotels, small-business development, surplus-fund matters, and funding conversations.
A building isn't just a building.
It can be a business.
A hotel can be an investment.
A vacant property can be a development opportunity.
A small business can become an institution.
And sometimes a financial opportunity is sitting inside a process that most people don't even know exists.
My role is to help identify potential opportunities and connect people with the appropriate licensed professionals, funding sources, investors, lenders, attorneys, real estate professionals, developers, and other specialists needed to move a legitimate transaction forward.
I don't promise magic.
I broker access.
I don't sell dreams.
I look for the people who can help turn viable ideas into viable conversations.
I want to understand what you're trying to accomplish, identify what you're missing, and help determine who needs to be at the table.
Because sometimes the difference between:
“I have an idea.”
and
“I'm building something.”
is one conversation.
Maybe you're looking for a property.
Maybe you're trying to develop one.
Maybe you're sitting on an opportunity and don't know what to do with it.
Maybe you're building a hotel.
Maybe you're expanding a small business.
Maybe you're looking for commercial financing.
Maybe you're trying to understand whether there is a surplus-fund opportunity worth pursuing.
Maybe you have capital.
Maybe you need capital.
Maybe you have the property.
Maybe someone else has the money.
Maybe someone else has the expertise.
That's exactly why relationships matter.
Because the real estate world doesn't run on property alone.
And I happen to like people.
Especially the ones who return phone calls.
